Clinical Oversight. Calm Guidance. Peace of Mind.
Rise to Wellness, Right at Home
TODAY’S HEALTHCARE NURSE CONCIERGE
When your loved one’s health begins to change, you need more than a task list.
You need clinical expertise that detects issues early—and a trusted guide who knows what to do next.
We provide proactive nursing oversight and care navigation for older adults aging at home, so families make informed decisions early, avoid unnecessary crises, and preserve dignity, peace, and independence.
We help families avoid the moment most people are forced to navigate unprepared.
Serving Metro Atlanta families near and far
The Problem
The healthcare system treats crisis, not decline.
Your loved one is discharged with new medications, unclear instructions, and limited follow-up.
Doctors are rushed. Home health visits are brief. And between appointments, families are left to watch, guess, and hope they don’t miss something important.
Most families don’t realize what’s changing—until they are already in the emergency.
We identify issues early, before they become emergencies.
Why Families Choose Private Clinical Oversight
We provide what the healthcare system often cannot: proactive, continuous clinical oversight.
While traditional care responds after problems escalate, our work focuses on prevention, coordination, and clarity.
Our Three Essential Areas of Support
Every client receives support across all three areas.
The difference is the depth, frequency, and level of involvement based on your loved one’s needs.
Pro-active Clinical Oversight
Regular in-home nursing assessments that detect changes in health, medications, cognition, mobility, and safety, before they escalate into emergencies.
Care Navigation & Advocacy
We coordinate providers, translate medical complexity, and guide decisions clearly, so families move forward with confidence.
End-of-Life & Legacy Planning
Structured conversations through our Last Gift Annual Review™ so families can prepare early and avoid crisis-driven decisions.
We are not bound by insurance. We are guided by clinical judgment.
Our Founder
Donnett Sinclair started Today’s Healthcare following more than twenty years of experience in home health and hospice. Having managed her parents’ care—one in Jamaica and the other out of state—and her husband’s End Stage Renal Disease, she is familiar with the difficulties of coordinating care from afar and the feelings of helplessness that can arise, despite medical knowledge.
