Clinical Oversight and Peace of Mind for Seniors Aging at Home
Rise to Wellness, Right at Home
When Your Aging Parent’s Health Changes, You Need More Than Just a Task List
TODAY’S HEALTHCARE NURSE CONCIERGE
You need clinical expertise that detects issues early, and a reliable guide who has navigated these decisions many times before.
That’s what we provide. Serving Metro Atlanta families near and far
The Problem Most Families Encounter
The healthcare system treats crisis, not decline.
Your mother gets discharged from the hospital on a Friday with seven new medications and vague instructions. Home health visits twice a week for 30 minutes. Between visits, you’re on your own – watching for changes you don’t know how to interpret, making decisions you’re not qualified to make, terrified you’ll miss something critical.
By the time something’s obviously wrong, you’re calling 911. Again.
We help you avoid the crisis before it happens.
How We’re Different
We offer what the healthcare system cannot: proactive clinical oversight for older adults aging at home.
While Medicare-focused care responds to emergencies, our approach emphasizes prevention. We conduct regular in-home assessments to catch early signs like medication side effects, cognitive shifts, mobility decline, and unmanaged pain before they result in hospitalizations.
Our approach is based on three key services that every aging family requires:
Services Snapshot
Aging-in-Place Oversight
Regular monitoring to identify issues early
Family Care Navigation & Advocacy
Expert coordination through complex medical systems
End-of-Life & Legacy Conversations
Honest guidance with our proprietary Last Gift Annual Review
We work closely with your loved one’s doctors to translate medical jargon into plain language and help families make informed choices rather than hasty decisions driven by fear.
Our Founder
Donnett Sinclair started Today’s Healthcare following more than twenty years of experience in home health and hospice. Having managed her parents’ care—one in Jamaica and the other out of state—and her husband’s End Stage Renal Disease, she is familiar with the difficulties of coordinating care from afar and the feelings of helplessness that can arise, despite medical knowledge.
Why Families Choose Us
Comprehensive expertise across the entire aging process, not only at end-of-life. We assist with early aging issues through chronic disease management and legacy planning.
Distance caregiving solutions offer comprehensive oversight and clear communication, supporting families who cannot be there in person every day.
Proactive over reactive – We focus on preventing crises rather than reacting to them.
Time without insurance restrictions – We spend as much time as you need.
Our Last Gift Annual Review demonstrates a proven methodology that makes end-of-life planning as standard as financial planning.
Honest communication – We deliver the necessary feedback, even when it’s tough to hear.
